Professor Caitlin Amaral is a full-time lecturer at UMass Dartmouth. Her journalism has appeared in The New York Times, The Boston Globe, Runner’s World, Budget Travel, Publisher’s Weekly, Poets, and Writers Magazine, and other publications.

Amanda Beres is the current Editor in Chief for Temper Literary Reveiw! In her final semester of her master’s program studying Professional Writing and Communications, her literary interests are editing, publishing, and creative writing. Published several times throughout her academic carer, Amanda hopes to create more opportunities for writers with unique voices.
